Parts Department Customer Service Representative
Looking for a full-time customer service representative for the parts department to be the first line of sales and customer service contact for our parts customers. Position is responsible for the sale of distributed parts and services to all customers in all market segments. Deals daily with the customers via phone, fax, email and electronic data interface and in person. Complies with all policies of the company and the departments. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, 3 years inside sales or customer service experience, Basic PC skills and good communication skills.
